GEPL was established in 1996 as Gaekwar Services Ltd. The company was set up to capture all business opportunities that could be exploited on the palace estate and also double as a holding company for the investments that Mr. Samarjitsinh Gaekwad would do. Gaekwar Services commenced operations with a paid-up capital of Rs. 5 Lakhs with substantial holding held by the chief promoter and family members. Only recently in 2017, the company became a private limited and also changed its name to the present one - Gaekwar Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. The company has four verticals of business - Banqueting & Conference, Golf Club Operations, Palace Museum Operations & Real Estate Division.

Billing and Credit Card Information

Our Services comprise, generally business coaching Webinars, Seminars, and materials distributed on a subscription basis. To enable payment, we collect and store name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and other billing information. This information will only be shared with third parties who facilitate the completion of the purchase transaction, such as by fulfilling orders and processing credit card payments.

We will not disclose your billing and/or credit card information unless required by law or court order, or unless disclosure is required to address an issue implicated by the financial transaction. For instance, if you claim that your billing and/or credit card information was used to make a purchase you did not authorize, details about the transaction may be disclosed to law enforcement and any party we deem necessary to address the matter.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 100% Refund if canceled 5 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • 50% refund, if canceled more than or equal to 2 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • No refund, if canceled less than 2 days prior to scheduled arrival
  • Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • The tax rate would be 18% GST (9% CGST and 9% SGST).

Terms and Conditions

  • The palace tour is coordinated by the management.
  • Palace tickets are non-refundable.
  • The audio guide is available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and French languages and is to be returned to the office upon completion.
  • A penalty of 3500/- INR will be levied if the audio device is lost or damaged.
  • Please maintain silence and proper decorum within the Palace premises. Children are to be escorted and monitored by guardians at all times.
  • Please keep your phones on silent mode.
  • Tips are strictly prohibited by the management.
  • The management does not solicit any contribution towards welfare funds for the workers or others from the visitors.
  • Photograph/Videography within the premises is prohibited.
  • Kindly do not touch any objects or artifacts within the Palace & Estate.
  • For your safety, please keep to the areas of the Palace & Estate clearly earmarked for visitors. Do not walk on lawns.
  • Outside Food and Beverages are not allowed inside the premises.
  • Do not litter or defile the Palace & Estate. Please help us keep our premises and facilities clean.
  • Do not feed animals on the Palace premises.
